Sustainable Well Being: The Antidote to Stress

A Two Day Retreat on the Beautiful Island of Martha’s Vineyard

Dr. Annika Hurwitt Schahn is offering a two-day retreat in Sustainable Well Being. Well Being naturally heals stress, and an understanding of the workings of the human mind makes well being sustainable, rather than something we visit. Dr. Schahn will present a principle-based understanding of our mental life that has freed thousands of people from unnecessary mental stress and suffering. When you understand the principles behind experience, you not only have a lot less on your mind, but a greater, more sustainable level of well being, and a more beautiful life.
