The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Annika Hurwitt The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.
The term “personal information” is defined as information that you voluntarily provide to us that personally identifies you and/or your contact information, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
On the Site we provide coaching and education via email, podcast and live events including webinars educating on the power of thoughts and actions to create the desired result. We provide digital courses available for purchase, live experiences available for purchase, and one on one coaching available for purchase (the “Service”).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The Sites only collects the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, which may include:
- Your full name and email address in order to subscribe visitors to the newsletter.
- Your full name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment information in order to process product and/or service orders.
- Your full name, email address, and website information in order to post comments on the Site.
- Your full name, email address and message in order to contact us via our contact form.
We shall always ask you to provide only a minimum data which is needed for completing the service you asked for. This children’s privacy statement explains our practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen for non-EU users and under the age of sixteen for EU-users, and provides important information regarding their rights under federal law with respect to such information.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy and the use of this Site are governed by New Hampshire law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: New Hampshire. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: New Hampshire, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
